  • Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle your information, including Personal Data and Non-Personal Data, collected through our Service. We value your privacy and require all Snazz staff with access to your Personal Data to follow this policy since March 2023
  • Our Privacy Policy aims to protect both your Personal and Non-Personal Data that we collect as a necessary part of our business operations. We’ve made it easy for you to understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over your data by publishing this policy.
  • By using our Service or authorizing its use, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of any Personal or Non-Personal Data, or other information that we receive from you, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA)

  • In accordance with COPPA, we don’t collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us and we’ll remove it. If you’re a parent or guardian and think we collected data from your child improperly, email us at info@snazzapp.co We’re not responsible for any damages resulting from misrepresentation of age.

4. What Snazz Collects

  • As an integral part of our routine business operations, it may become imperative to obtain Personal Data from our clientele. This information allows us to authenticate the identities of individuals, ensure the safety of our customers, and maintain the proper operation of our Service. In particular, this data assists us in identifying our users, communicating with them, and facilitating transactions performed through our platform.

Please note that we do not knowingly accept participants under the age of 13.     • We unequivocally guarantee that your Personal Data will never be disclosed or sold to unrelated third parties, no matter the circumstance. Rest assured that we will never engage in the sale, trade, or rental of your Personal Data to any other parties

8. Personal Data Disclosure for California Residents

  • As a Screen Time App provider, we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the privacy and security of your Personal Data. As a California resident, you have the right to request information about the disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section § 1798.83. We are happy to provide this information upon request. If you would like to make such a request, please send an email to info@snazzapp.co and we will promptly respond with the requested information.

9. “Do Not Track”

  • It is possible that your browser settings have an option to send a “do not track” signal to the websites you visit. However, there is no agreement in the industry about how website and app operators should respond to these signals. Therefore, our systems do not currently recognize “do-not-track” requests from browsers, unless required by law. Nevertheless, you have the option to disable some tracking by following the instructions provided in our privacy policy, such as disabling cookies or using private browsing modes.

10. Control Your Information

  • We may send you occasional newsletters and promotional emails that relate to our Service. If you receive such communications from us and would like to stop receiving them, you can choose to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email or by contacting us directly (see our contact information below). Please note that even if you opt-out of promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications, such as updates to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

However, you can always indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive or by contacting us directly.
  • Please note that we may be required to keep some of your information and not delete it, for example, for fraud prevention or legal compliance purposes. When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
  • If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to have your SNS account linked to your Account, you may de-link the SNS account in the “preferences” section in your account settings. We also provide you with the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your information.
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws and are committed to responding to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights.
  • If you are a resident of the European Union, you can object to processing of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing of your personal data, or request portability of your personal data. Withdrawing your consent to our processing of your information is also possible at any time.

11. Compliance with CAN-SPAM (U.S. users only):

  • We understand that your time is valuable and we respect your right to control the type and frequency of messages you receive from us. We may occasionally send you emails containing promotional or informational content related to our service. If you would prefer not to receive these messages, simply follow the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided within the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests.

12. Our Global Privacy Practices

  • Our website is based in the United States and is intended for use within the country.
